摘要：纵观近年来发表的中外高血压指南，高血压药物的治疗原则主要包括：根据高血压患者的总体风险水平给予降压治疗。在条件允许的情况下，应采取强化降压的治疗策略，以取得最大的心血管获益。需要对血压以外的影响因素进行综合干预。包括干预可纠正的危险因素、治疗亚临床靶器官损害以及各种并存的临床疾病。优化的降压治疗原则包括对大多数患者起始就联合治疗以提高血压的达标率，以及联合治疗优先推荐单片复方制剂。

AbstracthroughouttheguidelinesforhypertensionpublishedinChinaandabroadinrecentyears,thetherapeuticprinciplesofhypertensiondrugtreatmentmainlyinclude:hypotensivetreatmentwasgivenaccordingtotheoverallrisklevelofpatientswithhypertension.Intensiveantihypertensivetherapyshouldbeadoptedtoachievemaximumcardiovascularbenefits,ifconditionspermit.Comprehensiveinterventionisneededforfactorsotherthanbloodpressure,includingtreatableriskfactors,subclinicaltargetorgandamage,andavarietyofco-existingclinicaldiseases.Theoptimizedprinciplesofantihypertensivetherapyincludeinitiationof
